AV Abi Trading
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the sale of products by AV Abi Trading (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through its website and payment processing facilitated via Razorpay Payment Gateway.
By placing an order on our website, you (“Customer”, “User”) agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Nature of Products
AV Abi Trading is engaged in the sale of perishable dairy products, including but not limited to cow ghee, butter, and other dairy-based items. Due to the nature of these products, refunds and cancellations are subject to strict conditions.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch of the product.
2.2 Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be accepted, irrespective of the mode of payment.
2.3 Cancellation requests must be made immediately by contacting us through the contact details provided on the website.
2.4 Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method via Razorpay, as per Clause 6.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds shall be considered only in the following circumstances:
a) Incorrect product delivered
b) Product received in damaged, leaked, or tampered condition
c) Product found expired at the time of delivery
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds shall not be issued in the following cases:
a) Change of mind after delivery
b) Taste, smell, or preference-related dissatisfaction
c) Improper storage or handling after delivery
d) Partially used or opened products
e) Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
f) Requests raised beyond the stipulated timeline
5. Refund Request Procedure
5.1 Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
5.2 Customers must submit:
- Order ID
- Clear photographic or video evidence of the product and outer packaging
5.3 Requests without valid proof or submitted after 24 hours shall be rejected at the sole discretion of AV Abi Trading.
6. Refund Processing (Razorpay)
6.1 All approved refunds shall be processed only through Razorpay, to the original payment method used by the Customer.
6.2 Refund processing timelines:
- Initiation by AV Abi Trading: 3–5 working days
- Credit to customer account: 7–10 working days, subject to bank/payment provider policies
6.3 AV Abi Trading shall not be responsible for delays caused by Razorpay, banks, or third-party financial institutions.
7. Replacement Policy
7.1 In eligible cases, AV Abi Trading may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement instead of a refund.
7.2 Replacement shipments are subject to product availability.
7.3 No additional shipping charges shall be levied for approved replacements.
8. Returns & Product Collection
Due to the perishable nature of dairy products:
- Physical returns shall not be collected from customers.
- Refunds or replacements shall be processed only after verification of submitted evidence.
9. Limitation of Liability
AV Abi Trading’s liability shall be limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. Under no circumstances shall AV Abi Trading be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

By placing an order and completing payment through Razorpay, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
