AV Abi Trading currently ships products within India only.
International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated.

 

2. Order Processing Time

2.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
2.2 Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

3.1 Estimated delivery time:

  • Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days

  • Other States in India: 4–7 working days

3.2 Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Weather conditions or force majeure events

 

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4.2 AV Abi Trading reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

 

5. Packaging & Handling

5.1 All dairy products are carefully packed to ensure quality and hygiene.
5.2 Despite careful packaging, minor leakage or outer packaging damage during transit may occur due to courier handling.

 

6. Delivery Conditions

6.1 Customers are required to ensure:

  • Accurate shipping address

  • Availability at the delivery location

6.2 AV Abi Trading shall not be responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

 

7. Damaged or Missing Products

7.1 Any damage, leakage, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
7.2 Customers must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product

7.3 Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

 

8. Perishable Goods Disclaimer

Due to the perishable nature of dairy products:

  • Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

  • AV Abi Trading shall not be liable for product spoilage due to transit delays beyond estimated timelines.

 

9. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery shall be deemed complete upon:

  • Successful handover to the customer, or

  • Delivery confirmation by the courier partner

 

10. Force Majeure

AV Abi Trading shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or logistical disruptions.

 

11. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
